The best support
I have only been using WPX for a few mins and contacted the online support. Ivan G was an absolute star and set up everything for me Wordpress, SSL etc. I am a total novice at domain hosting and previous experiences with other domain hosting providers was not good, so I was really pleased to have this level of help. Been with WPX a number of years now and I have to say that the support I get from them is always 1st class. The issues are always dealt with quickly and even though I make the faults myself, I am never told off :)

Great customer service
Georgi was super helpful. He took the time to investigate the issue I was experiencing with site slow downs. He informed me of the reason behind it, offered several suggestions on how to address it and even implement a solution to mitigate the effects. I always find WPX support to be exceptional!

I've been using WPX for the last 5…
I've been using WPX for the last 5 years and they keep blowing me away with their level of service! Today, Kosara offered to go and change the Name Servers on my domain, and while there she noticed an issue with my email servers and offered to fix that as well. Totally responsive and responsible. Love you WPX! Customer for life!

Have been with WPX since 2+ years - their support is outstanding! I got great help from Atanas from support team for backing up an old and creating a fresh new website and to resolve glitches that came in the process (as I use Cloudflare as well).
