Yoana provided excellent support
Yoana provided excellent support. I've been an avid user of WPX for several years, and I can tell you they are hands-down the best support in the world. I needed help with a script that wasn't running correctly. It turned out I needed to disable CDN on a particular page. She set up the HT access, and it runs perfectly. They are so patient at WPX.

Dimitar solved all my issues without me…
Dimitar solved all my issues without me having to login. After being with WPX for 6 years, I’m still a happy customer. Today I noticed my site was broken on mobile and Dimitar not only identified the problem quickly but solved it for me without me having to login to my site. I was able to chat with him while watching The Old Man on Disney instead of having to get on my computer. Thank you. Highly recommended!

We have been with WPX for a few years…
We have been with WPX for a few years now. Their support structure is unrivaled. If I see an issue, I can hop onto the portal and be talking with a person via chat within just a few minutes time. The hosting plans themselves are very reasonably priced and we have never seen a downtime. A++
