Having used WPX for 2 years, they have best service
Having used WPX for 2 years, I have to say their customer service and support are the best in the hosting industry. I have both Site Ground Go Geek and WPX PROFESSIONAL plan because I have so many websites. WPX will fix website issue even it's not their responsibility. I will be willing to pay more for better customer service for Ecommerce hosting. the fixed my site within minutes when it wasnt even their issue
their support is crazy - i added a theme to my site which broke it, within minutes they had found that the theme needs a lower php (something i would never of been able to find out) so they lowered the php version to one that worked and i was up again instantly yeah there's cheaper WP hosting out there, but do you want cheap or reliable with amazing support when you need it, i wont leave WPX ever
