Amazing, every time!
I cannot possibly say enough good things about the customer service from this company. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to code and servers and blah blah blah. I was helped by Velina J. today who was outstanding. These agents (yes, HUMANS!) are lightning speed to respond, incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and patient. And the hosting and services they provide work amazing.
