Saved me hours of work!
I've written a couple of reviews for WPX because quite simply they have the best service on the planet. Nikola has just spent an hour on a chat with me, troubleshooting an issue on my site, which isn't even a direct hosting problem. He's helped me resolve it and literally saved me hours of work. I've used several web hosts over my years online and WPX are quite simply the best on the market.

Very bad support
Very bad support, they threaten to delete your website even though i have been using their hosting for years and are refusing to help resolve the issue with CPU consumption and tracing the problem. Site running without issue for years, when there are issues Wpx support will ditch you without attempting to look deeper into the caus and will terminate your website. Stay away from such BAD Hosting, their staff is very rude and unprofessional making up lies.

Quick Resolution to DNS issue
Quick Resolution to DNS issue. I was having an issue with our subdomain being blocked in certain cases. The tech clarified the issue was not with the the WPX server but with anti-virus software on the user's computer. The tech recommended a DNS change to help with this issue. The part that wowed me was that the tech volunteered to make the change. Love WPX
