I was lost trying to migrate my domain to WPX. Ivan, the chat customer service individual, walked me through the process and even waited to ensure I completed the task correctly.

Highly recommended if you enjoy spending 20 minutes a day trying to complete Google Captcha
There's one reason why you absolutely should NOT choose WPX for hosting. In order to login to webmail, they force you to complete literally endless Google captchas. The ones you cannot complete EVER. Even though you are a paying customer, WPX will have you working every day for free for Google training Google's AI algorithm, and they think there is nothing wrong with this. Extremely unethical and unfair. I have complained directly to their CEO and he is well-aware of the situation and is ...

WPX has the best support on chat. I have never experienced this high quality in any other business. ANY. OTHER. Changing all my hosting and client hosting to WPX.

WPX Customer Service/Support Is Top Notch!!
Just recently migrated my website to WPX, and I am so happy I did! WPX customer service/support is fantastic! I am a complete newbie and WPX handled everything for me, everyone is so helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I am also very impressed with my website speed now, as compared to my previous host. WPX was definitely the right decision for me.

Luchezar on the WPX.net team helped me…
Luchezar on the WPX.net team helped me make sure my SSL Certificate was set up properly, and in doing so he brought to my attention that I was missing my www A Record for both my main domain and my alias domain. He also set up domain forwarding from http to https for me. Very grateful for chat support help that goes above and beyond. Thank you Luchezar!!

Their support has been the best product…
Their support has been the best product support experience I have ever had. That was a huge reason they were recommended to use. The agent got right to solving my questions, and guided me throughout. Ivena even offered to do some of the work for me when I hit a roadblock. Hugely beneficial feature of this service.
