All the support staff including Ivan are wonderful humans who understand the complex needs of their customer. EXCELLENT SUPPORT!!!
EXCELLENT SUPPORT!!!! Nikolai helped me fix an extremely weird and rare DNS issue that took me an entire day of troubleshooting. Within 30 minutes of chatting with Nikolai, he helped me figure out an insanely simple fix. I felt so much relief that it's impossible to put into words. Give him a raise! He does his job and beyond!!! Thank you WPX for the amazing support!
