I worked with Ivan G, I was not expecting such amazing support. Ivan helped load WP add SSL and created (2) admin accts one for me and one for my contractor. I was so excited as a new customer to have such an amazing knowledgeable support at my fingertips!

The support at WPX is second to none
The support at WPX is second to none. I had to switch my hosting and domain registrar from one hosting provider to WPX, and they pretty much did everything for me. I don't know how any of this works - I'm quite new to website ownership - and they were able to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. Overall, it was super easy and I'm definitely glad to have made the switch. The 30-second response time on their online chat is a real thing by the way - super quick. Thanks!
