Amazing customer services. Honestly the best I've come across. Their webchat is invaluable and worth signing up for this alone. Never have to worry when things aren't working or I don't understand something.

I seriously (almost) didn't believe how amazing WPX's customer service is until I experienced it myself many many times. They have taught, shared and helped me with more in the 60minutes or so of time I've spent with them while on chat support than I've learned before from very highly paid services that give "training & education" on how to properly set up websites on WordPress. Marina made my day with WPXhosting.I messed up with my wordpress install.Couldn't find a way to go back to normal function.So I asked Marina to erase everything, cleanup DNS etc.2.45 minutes maybe 3 mn later: fresh start.I have the id, password.Oh, best part: it's tuesday evening in Paris. 10:45pm.I had Marina online in 3 seconds. Serious. 3 seconds.Case solved in less than 5 minutes.I know tomorrow is going to be great, working on my new wordpress.It's been my best decision ever to switch ...

This is a great and affordable WP hosting. But I can give only one star until one serious security problem is resolved. Email passwords are sent by email. When you change the password, it is sent by email again. It cannot be avoided. Of course, the emails are not encrypted, so this way each password is "published". Even for forwarding you must create an email account and "publish" the password by email!

For over a year had great service no issues. Then there was issue an with their auto SSL seemed issuing was in a loop. Caused site to crash and go offline for days loosing tons of traffic which will take months to recover. Contacted support multiple times over multiple days, they claimed it was the SSL issuing company and their fault. Still not fixed. Not worth the trouble if you have a business that requires great uptime. Poor response on issues like this can kill your business to the ...

Was having some issues with my plugin…

Was having some issues with my plugin interfering with my SSL. They are not supposed to provide that level of support but my agent went above and beyond and got it to work!

Very pleased with the great customer care/support from Gergana today. Walked me through a complicated process, making it easy and providing the perfect solution. I'm a new customer, and this has been so much better of a customer support experience compared to previous hosting companies.
