Fantastic Support, great value for money.
I've used 4 or 5 different hosting companies and these are by far the best I ever used. Fast websites and good uptime, but the best feature for me and I'm still quite a novice is the customer service support. The staff are always on hand to help out and often will undertake tasks for me.

Outstanding in virtually every category
Outstanding Service desk. Rarely wait more than 10 seconds for an Agent. Help is excellent even on complex issues such as optimisation. The CDN works well and is included in the cost. Whilst I would love an image processing function like Sirv.com on their CDN the whole package is really very good.

Used to work great... now down every couple of days...
My WPX hosted sites have worked great for over a year now, however over the last several months I've been received Jet Pack notifications that my site is down every couple of days. This lasts anywhere from a 10 minutes to several hours. WPX has done nothing. They only respond "our servers are working fine now" when I notify them. Great- you're servers are fine now.. but why do they go down all the time WPX?? Currently moving over to a new host.

Amazing customer services
Amazing customer services. Honestly the best I've come across. Their webchat is invaluable and worth signing up for this alone. Never have to worry when things aren't working or I don't understand something.
