I have been having issues with a W3 Total Cache error and trying to resolve it on my own for a couple of days. I opened an online chat with Nikol at WPX and they had it resolved in 10 min! They are so helpful and knowledgeable.

They have been incredibly good so far
They have been incredibly good so far. My site is running super fast. There were a few problems, but customer service was excellent. Petar helped me a lot in figuring out some issues that I could not overcome. I'm really grateful. They always respond in about a minute or two! Incredible. Very polite, very helpful.

It's like they have support cached
It's like they have caching enabled on their support. It's so fast it's unreal! And they aren't just fast, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their slogan should be: Lightning fast websites, and even faster support.
