Excellent support
Having just moved over to WPX I am really impressed by their customer support. I have only had fast, knowledgeable and friendly support from the get go. Initially with Tenko who helped me set everything up and begin the migration process, through to Yanko who not only answered my latest queries but also offered a great solution I wasn't even aware of. During the migration process I have also been kept in the loop with excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Like having a personal webadministrator
I've had many suppliers of web hosting services, and I am also fairly well versed in what's needed to keep a web platform alive. Working with WPX is like always having a really competent admin nearby, who is happy to help. Always available, and any issues or questions are usually resolved within minutes. Love it!

Fastest Support Response
Great service. The support is second to none with rapid live chat as soon as I need it. As for domain speed, I have my website running at 99 score across the board in both light speed tests and GTMetrix (desktop and mobile). Glad I made the switch!

Great customer service, very reliable and fast hosting!
WPX has gone above and beyond consistently. Their customer service is one of the main reasons why I stick with them after trying other hosting providers. And unlike the "budget" hosts, their pricing never changes, is reasonable, and you get blazing fast loading speeds, without them sneaking in extra costs.

The customer support from WPX is…Unprofessional.
The customer support from WPX is not good. A tendency to blame the customer and overall this company was a bad experience for me personally and professionally. Their unprofessional services caused damage to my website rankings and as a business decision it was an error of judgment to use WPX.
