Excellent chat support & site speed
Excellent chat support. For example, my SSL certificate expired today and the chat rep fixed it within 2 minutes. My site speed also improved immediately after switching from Bluehost to WPX. My Pagespeed Insights recommendation to "reduce server response times" dropped from over 3 seconds (Bluehost) to about half a second (wpx).

Support is a joke.... we can document we are sending email with their service but they don’t know it 😳
Support is a joke. Basically they get on the line quickly but are not trained to handle issues. I have documentation where THEIR servers are sending the emails (with today’s date on it) and they lie (see below) that the emails are sent via gsuites. Wow didn’t know they use gsuites and the emails say wpx. They are lost and have no idea what’s going on so they post nonsense like this and won’t talk to me directly even though I have continued to ask for help. Bad bad experience.
