Make Sure the Support Options are for You
Based on research and reviews, I decided to move to WPX, however, two days into migration I see that they are not the host for me. They are indeed VERY responsive to support tickets, but I am finding that at this stage, where things are getting too technical for me, that I wish I could pick up the phone and speak to them. I do not fault their business model for support only by ticket or chat, but for me, I need that extra little bit of handholding. My recommendation is that you are fully ...

Best hosting ever
Best hosting ever. I wish i did hear about it earlier. For the last 10 years i did try a lot of hosts but wpx is the best of the best. Faster then any other hosting i was in and best support ever. There is just one thing i don't like about them and this is how they are using dogs to attract more clients and brag about it on every support email. I really don't like it.
