HOSTING DOWN FOR MORE THAN 6 HOURS
HOSTING DOWN FOR MORE THAN 6 HOURS, and still counting at the moment!! This is really terrible! Never experienced something like this even with cheaper 2$ per month shared hostings!

WARNING
WARNING: They don't have etiquette security in place to prevent phishing or spoofing attacks. Their email is VERY BASIC (their words). We were never having these issues before until we switched to WPX. We were getting email replies form people we never sent emails to. When this happens, WPX support disables our emails altogether. And they send us an email to our email which is the account they just disabled!!! So we don't receive the email... They instruct us to change password and use ...

Hosting down for over 6 hours
More than 6 hours of downtime and no updates, no ETA and turning the comments off on Facebook. This is the most irresponsible hosting service I've ever used. I'm here, losing revenue by the minute and no coherent answer from WPX. This is ridiculous. At this point, claiming 99,9 uptime is the biggest lie ever.

No Redundancy, CEO is a coward
All sites including their own were down for over 5 hours on August 2nd, 2021. There was nearly zero outbound communication to any clients. The result of the outage and all blame was laid on a datacenter host with threats to sue the dead CEO of the hosting company. While the truth of the matter is the company charging an excessive premium for their services failed to establish proper high availability hosting and network infrastructure for their services. Very unstable host
Very unstable host. Server load times are constantly slow, slowest I've ever experienced with any host in 10 years. Down times are pretty regular.Now, today our websites are not loading, no server response, all sites are down. No reply from tech support either going on a couple hours now, who knows how much longer before that.
