By far the very best customer support…

By far the very best customer support I've ever experienced with a web hosting service and I've run a web dev agency for over a decade. Chat response is under 20 seconds and the support staff are all technicians who can solve most issues. If they need to escalate, they will, and that is also fast. Also their WordPress hosting is the fastest I've found. I love WPX.

By far the very best customer support…

By far the very best customer support I've ever experienced with a web hosting service and I've run a web dev agency for over a decade. Chat response is under 20 seconds and the support staff are all technicians who can solve most issues. If they need to escalate, they will, and that is also fast. Also their WordPress hosting is the fastest I've found. I love WPX.

Good service. Many people will complain about the 5 hours downtime but I know it's once in a lifetime. and things happen and they will recover fastly and back to normalWPX is good&fast and I trust them .Turbocourses.net

5 hour outage

5+ hour outage. No communication. Accept no responsibility. Avoid if you have clients or e-commerce. Seems very focused on small, low traffic affiliate sites. They even go so far as to grossly exaggerate other outages as if to say this is normal. No it is not normal or acceptable. If they had communicated, had a rapid response team, owned the issue; it would be different. Rather they blame a third party and complain how their reputation was damaged.
