I've used a lot of hosting services…
I've used a lot of hosting services over the past 20 years as a non-technical person (anyone remember 1and1 from the early 90's?). I have to say that WPX speeds are blazingly fast and their support is the best that I have experienced. Support through chat can be iffy sometimes but the WPX team has it down. Fast, intuitive to my needs and perfectly executed every time.

Customer Support should be much better
I was recommended this hosting provider by a business contact. As soon as I installed a WordPress website, the issues began, no security certificate even after using the recommended plug-in, customer service staff did not read tickets properly causing frustration and a lot of unnecessary back and forth. It was not a good start to the business relationship. I would not recommend them! Update: My point is this issues should not have happened in the first place and why did the agent not read ...
