Hosting that inspires confidence.
Decided to start a new project with WPX after service and support has gone downhill with the host I've been using. I ran into a couple issues and had to contact support. I clicked the chatbot but rather than a chatbot, was greeted by an actual support specialist instantly. All three times I've contacted support, the wait was zero. WPX support never leaves us waiting…
WPX support never leaves us waiting longer than a couple minutes. The rate at which their support team responds is a breath of fresh air. Unlike other companies that make acquiring support more stressful than it needs to be. Kudos to WPX and their awesome support.

Crazy fast support, Luchezar was awesome.
Crazy fast support, Luchezar was awesome. I JUST signed up for WPX, so I can't comment in any way on their hosting. But damn is their support helpful and fast. Luchezar answered all my questions quickly and walked me through a relatively obscure thing they offer (site migration from one owner to another within the WPX service) that's going to make my life SO much easier.
