Excellent Availability
Hi WPX Ivo has been patient and supportive throughout to resolve a very tricky problem with syncing of folders between Webmail and desktop Outlook. We tried several times and ultimately he could identify that for my set-up IMAP settings worked and not POP3 as was tried since afternoon. Thanks Ivo. I Tried Them All & Stuck With WPX
I've used nearly every hosting company in the game, WPX are where I have stuck and for good reason. I initially moved to WPX as we did lots of traffic (3 million uniques a month, sometimes 500K-1 million in a day) and most web hosts couldn't handle that traffic without the site going down. WPX could, and at a great price. THE BEST HOSTING COMPANY YOU NEED.
The only hosting company that I have used so far that always delivers. 1. They don't harass you with exceeding inodes. 2. Their price is clear and consistent. 3. The service is easy, fast, and stable. 4. The customer support is amazing. 5. They're excellent to do business with. I'm here to stay.

WPX is Amazing!!!
WPX is amazing with their customer service. In fact, I'm not sure that I have ever worked with ANY company that is as helpful and so immediately responsive. I've had a representative help me with less than a 30 second response time with multiple inquiries. They're always patient and see through any request to its completion. My site load speed also increased 3x from GoDaddy which is a great bonus! I couldn't recommend this company enough and would give it 10 stars if I could!
