Bad customer service
Bad customer service, couldn't figure out how to migrate on my own. Canceled and asked for the past month back, and they wouldn't refund. Edits: I moved it up to "2" since they responded. I appreciate that they put the effort in, but I'm still not happy with the way any of this was handled.
