Speed, Support, Value
I've been a WPX customer since probably 2014, and have grown to be a fan and advocate. They've helped provide the back-end hosting and support to grow from 15,000 visits a month to 300,000. I take full advantage of the live chat support, where they typically respond within seconds. Even when it needs to escalate to email, it's super fast. Overall, WPX is an incredible value I happy recommend to everyone who's ready to upgrade from a lower cost shared hosting plan.

Having used the service for over a year…
Have used the service for over a year now, they've been fantastic anytime an issue has appeared (most of them caused by me). Teodor and Alexander even helped me migrate my staging site to live and solved a few issues that came up in a very short timeframe. While not the cheapest hosting out there, you get what you pay for - quality and extremely fast support.
