Committed to Customer Service
Hosting seems very fast and reliable. More importantly, WPX has an excellent tech support staff who have worked hard to resolve a lot of issues I had with emails and DNS records. They never failed to solve the problem. The UX on their website is fantastic, too. Really intuitive and easy to navigate. Excellent company.

Konstantin K. was very helpful, along with all of the other support agents who've helped me in the past. WPX's support is second to none. Seriously. They offer the best support I've ever received from anywhere, not just a hosting company. Lots of stuff can happen with WordPress sites, and it's comforting to know if something goes awry, I can start talking to a WPX support agent within seconds and they'll help me resolve the issue. WPX knocked it out of the park, again. If you are hosting with anyone but WPX you're missing out on their support - not that you need it a lot, but when you do they're amazing, and amazingly fast.
