WPX support is fantastic.
WPX hosting is good. But what really makes them stand out is their support. I'm subscribed to a bunch of services with support. WPX is always the best. THEY are prompt, helpful, efficient, and know what they're doing.

Actual informed help, not boilerplate bot drivel
i’ve been with wpx for a bunch of years now, ever since ThriveThemes recommended them. The first time or two i needed support from WPX, I was surprised at how fast they actually understood my situation and gave me genuine help, rather than having some uninformed person (or bot) sending me a boilerplate useless reply. I’m not surprised by that anymore, i’m just grateful.

The support at WPX has been and continues to be exceptional. Not only is there almost no wait time to get your questions answered and website issues solved, but I don't have to explain or repeat myself, which is refreshing. You tell them the problem and they get it. Then they help you solve it, either by helping you or doing it for you. Amazing!
