Very slow support!
It makes already more than 10 days that I installed WP rocket but cant use it, because there is a problem with the license activation... I contacted support but they answered very slowly, and then they didn't answered again. Still waiting for them to solve this issue and in the meantime I'm stuck and have paid for nothing. I have to say it makes already years that I use WP rocket on different websites, it works well but regulary there is something not working as intended and it takes a lot ...

Expensive and not promising
Expensive and not promising. They don't even want to hear about the refund. They charge without your knowledge if you didn't make sure they turned on automatic renewal themselves, etc. There are other free Plugins that work the same, you just need to set the parameters in the options

Really great User Experience
Really great User Experience. Even as a Beginner it's possible to understand the process and the steps which are required to reach a better-performing site and a good rating by Google. We had specific problems with our CSS and Java Scripts combined with some Plugins in which we were not capable of solving. The support helped immidaetly, now everything is fine. Great Experience 10/10
