Extremely disappointed with the support

Sorry, I need to revise my review of this company. For simple questions, it took a day to respond. Ok, fine. But now I have been having some serious cache issues related to a specific feature. It literally takes 24 hours for each back and forth communication. Can you imagine how annoying that is. They also claimed that they didn't receive one of my answers so now I have to wait probably the whole weekend for the next reply. This is totally unacceptable WP Rocket! You can't have support this ...

What do you like best about WP Rocket? It made my website slightly faster for the first 5 days. What do you dislike about WP Rocket? Today my website is getting 47/100 On GTmetrix; it is very slow to load. Absolutely terrible support; they have been ignoring me for 7 days. What problems is WP Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you? They're not helping me, they are ignoring me.
