WP Rocket has been incredibly responsive to any issues we have came across while getting their product setup and configured properly. Our theme isn't as widely used and they helped us find all the assets that needed excluded from JS delays.

Would give it a 5 star, if the version 3.9.X wouldn't have caused so many headaches for me and the websites where I use it.Besides that, support 5*, code 5*, be carefull if you want to buy, because some hosts block enchancing performance plugins intentionally; the plugin is not at blame here, but the host is.p.s. using on over 20 websites, with over 7-8 major different hosting providers.
