Absolute crooks, avoid avoid avoid!

Absolute crooks! avoid these clowns! Been with them for 4+ years, have 6 sites with them. Their sales guys saw an opportunity to pitch a 'free' upgrade trial (beware the free lunch, of course), promised it was low touch/minimum to no changes required, we agreed, then the rath of additional changes came flying thick and fast, it was clear it was not seamless, nor straight forward, neither were they forth coming with the actual cost.
