I have been sleeping soundly since 2012
I am a web designer, and I host my client's websites. I have been with WPEngine since 2012. They have given me consistently excellent customer service and support. I don't know of many companies in my circle that provide such wonderful service and genuine care. I am not a techie and they have solved so many issues for me pretty quickly! I HIGHLY recommend their hosting service.

great service support team are very responsive and always try to troubleshoot fully. Websites can be fragile at time so knowing they are there to help when needed is great. Strongly reccomend!

Just superb. Every time I encounter an issue or a problem these guys are excellent. If I had to leave a top 5 encounters in my life with customer services, these guys would easily have at least 3 of these top spaces... probably more

I have found this group to be the best…
I have found this group to be the best and I've been looking for a good hosting site for a year. They go above and beyond to help their clients. The help desk is easy to get to and superb. They are always nice, even when you are a beginner and don't know much about WP. This is a great place to host your website.

Really helpful chat support. Perhaps, you may wait a few minutes to get connected, but support staff have always been very knowledgable and quick to help. Haven't had a less-than-excellent experience yet.
