I absolutely love WPengine!

I absolutely love WPengine. They have changed my life. My favorite part... their support! Its incredible and I would be where I am today without. I 10/10 recommend WPEngine. I am one happy agency owner.

The customer service is great!

The customer service is great! One suggestion. Due to a large amount of plugins that we are using, I prefer to do plugins upgrades and WP Core upgrade in certain sequence, and myself(!) and as late as I can(!) so plugin makers can catch up. So if WP Core upgrade is mandatory(minor version) I'd like to know the timeframe between the WP Engine announcement email about upcoming upgrade and deadline to do upgrade on my own

Support is first rate

We have been with WP Engine 6 months or so, and setting up a multisite hasn't always been straightforward. But the support at WP Engine has been just wonderful - it's a no-nonsense little chat window, or ticket emails, usually get connected to an agent within minutes (or an hour). Most support agents are smart and quick to see the problem and help to solve them. Very happy.

The best out there (humble opinion)

Overall review, not just about today. I have tried quite a few hosting companies in 15-ish years and with my ad agency we've been using WPEngine for about 5 years. They're worth every penny. Their agents are so patient, they're not juggling (or obviously so) other questions. They feel very present and the wait time is never long anyway. They've offered suggestions on plugins when I've needed thoughts, they've assisted in migration when I've needed it. I can't think of any company that does ...

Support is one of the most important aspects in choosing any kind of software because it is inevitable there will be issues and it is how those issues are resolved that makes the difference. WP Engine gets things done quickly via chat.

Best support I've ever had...

Best support I've ever had from the multiple hosting companies I've worked with over the years. Their live chat provides knowledgeable people who know the problems users face, and they know how to fix it. Just today, my support guy, Matt, helped setup forwarding from an old domain to a new domain when we changed our company name. I was struggling, but he fixed it for me and took the stress out of a huge, important change to our business.

Great hosting service for a great price

Support is responsive and helpful. Web hosting is great. It is noticeably faster than our previous host. Transferring to WP Engine was easy.
