Whenever I have an issue, WPEngine has a solution. They've solved the most obscure and most non-trivial requests for me and my team. I would recommend them 100% of the time.

You will not find a better support team than the team at WP Engine. I've never interacted with another customer support team (for any type of business, not just web hosting) that has better customer support. They are so well trained and helpful! I can always count on WP Engine Support to help me troubleshoot any issue, big or small.

There was a time around 1997 when I thought I knew everything about how websites worked. Those days are long gone. My tech support agent was Jonathan, who never made me feel stupid, making interaction with WP Engine a breeze. Jonathan had great questions and even better answers. It felt like a conversation with an actual live human. Rare these days. Thank you, Keep up the great work!

If you track metrics, not the right host for you

If you are someone that likes to track visits to your site using UTM or gclid then this isn't the platform for you. They need to uncache each page in order for it to work properly. With every single code created. On top of that when you need to reach support, you can't do it through the normal portal. You have to go into a different system, create a brand new username and password then you can communicate on tickets that are created. There are such better options out there that don't cause ...
