Knowledgable and willing to help. Mariyah patiently took extra time to explain terms and concepts I didn't understand to me, and explain not only how things work, but what the result would be. I was nervous about taking actions to accomplish what I'd been asked to do without fully understanding them, so I greatly appreciated the help understanding as well as accomplishing my goal.

Tech support is always on and always able to identify and fix issues. I've been with three other providers, and nothing comes close.

The best WordPress hosting company in terms of EVERYTHING

What can I say? For me, WP Engine is the BEST WordPress hosting company in terms of EVERYTHING. Starting from support, to their solutions, to integrations, to EVERYTHING. They raise the bar all the time. I don't feel comfortable working with any other hosting company except WP ENGINE. May be a bit pricy but the investment is worth it.

WPEngine has great tools and all

WPEngine has great tools and all, but their customer service is what sets them apart. They've bailed me out of a lot of situations and helped with issues that weren't even hosting related.

Support is top notch and patient

Tonight was probably the best site cutover experience I can imagine. Support was diligent and guided me through a non-cookie-cutter DNS config, proactively got their Advanced Network ready, then found some db calls that were returning the preview site url that weren't picked up by our replacement utility. All the while communication was superb -- telling me what he was doing, asking permission when warranted, and patiently waiting for me to finish my work. WP Engine nailed it and this isn't ...
