WP Engine - Fantastic Support & Great Services
Ryan S offered me FANTASTIC support. Most of the time when you talk to support (generally, not WP Engine) - the people on the other end have a language barrier, or worse - they assume you're ignorant. Excellent Support
I've been using WP Engine for about 7 years and am always pleased with the excellent customer service they provide. When building WordPress sites, I always recommend their hosting platform for my clients as it makes my job easier and the platform is low maintenance for my client too. David was very helpful in walking me through a DNS redirect issue tonight and put me at ease to launch a new website. Again, an excellent support experience.
