Unprofessional sales support. from the first look and chat with support I don't recommend this company when they are hiring someone even doesn't know anything about the company or anything to help me and they only push you to pay for any package to get support, I asked Sam one of the support team members if I needed to buy Array Themes which was acquired by WP Engine and he doesn't know anything about that and kept asking me to buy a hosting package first and I said to him I only ask about ...

Great Experience with Knowledgeable Support Staff on DNS Pointing
Caveat: This isn't going to be the best most detailed review ever. But, I just wanted to document my first experience with WPEngine. Ronnie was superb! Great first experience with WPEngine support. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easily and quickly answered all my questions about DNS pointing.

We have been a customer with WPengine for 10+ years, they are always able to help us navigate the WordPress world, added plugin manager last year and so far could not be happier for a fraction of the price. Kudos!
