WP Engine has made hosting much simpler
WP Engine has greatly simplified hosting support for our websites. The process for setting up hosting for new websites has been streamlined significantly. WP Engine also greatly reduces the effort of keeping WordPress and the plug-ins up to date using automation. Using WP Engine has therefore allowed our development team to focus on delivering more value to the organisation. WP Engine is a huge improvement over hosting our WordPress websites using other platforms.

Servers, user portal and support are great!
Their user portal and support team are great! They are quick to respond and very tech knowledgeable. I also never had any issues with downtime on any of the sites I manage. Would definitely recommend them.

Ashley A was a great help! I have been worried about setting up LargeFS but really needed to. She made it easy. Never made me feel stupid nor feel like I didn't have great help to accomplish this step. Also, LargeFS is awesome! Thank you so much! My only complaint is when I went to enter this review in the chat on Ashley's behalf, your system entered Skip instead. You should totally fix that!
