Amazing response times.
Most times to get third party support, I have to go through some ticketing system and wait for a response. With WP Engine, I just put something in the customer service chat and I get immediate help. I've had some larger issues and some smaller ones, and I've never had to sit and wait for a response to a ticket.

My site was down hard - and it was my fault
I had a problem with my site that I created. With no access to FTP I needed the support team to intervene and they did - like rockstars. I've used WPEngine.com for years and will never switch hosting services. Amazing platform with amazing support techs.

This company has the best tech support…
This company has the best tech support of any company online. No matter how small or complex, WP Engine will either walk you through it or step in to help out. All the reps are top notch. Nick was my most recent support rep I had interaction with. He just stepped in and solved an issue that was causing issues.

WPEngine is by far the best host for…
WPEngine is by far the best host for Wordpress we've ever used. We have about 80 active sites with them their range of tools to allow you to easily test, develop, stage, and roll things forward and back is unsurpassed. But when something does go wrong, you have amazing support. There is no tier 1 level, its all tier 2 or higher technicians. Simply the best
