The support engineer, Laura - was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the DNS propagation issue I had while transferring my site to a new hosting. And this is the norm - their processes and tech support know what they're doing.

11-days-wait with WPEngine support

Do you really need 11 days to create a backup that contains LargeFS files? I used the AWS CLI and taught my client how to use it, and we were done long before you responded to me. A very bad experience.
