WPEngine has been horrible!

WPEngine has been horrible! I have been trying to stop my services for over a month and they will not downgrade my account. I am paying over $900 a month and desperately trying to downgrade and they won't let me. I opted for a custom 100-site server. They told me I needed to upgrade and get a bigger server when I had only 70 small sites because we ran out of storage! I decided to move all my sites to Kinsta which has been WAY better for performance. I now have 24 sites on my servers ...

I had to reparent an account, but had no idea what I really needed to do and the tech walked me through it and was very patient with my ignorance.
