"Good Straight Forward Service"
What do you like best about WP Engine? Straight forward domain add n. Direct login to wp admin. Dashboard with plugin status. What do you dislike about WP Engine? It Doesn't have a File Manager, just FTP. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? Bulk site management.

What can I say that would deliver the point? WP Engine is the most amazing service in the world. Talking about delivering everything you could possibly hope for .... that's WP Engine. Incredible tech, and the most amazing SUPPORT in the world, and I can't say enough about how good these guys are. It's incredible truly. If your not sure about it, just stop and listen to me, there is nothing else out there that comes close to WP Engine.

As a new user
As a new user, I am very disappointed. Always trying to 'Upsell' and lock you in. They were attractive on paper because I could easy push and pull from local. But then I had pushy account managers warning me about usage and then trying to upsell to a new package. Then I find out I have to 'upgrade' (surpise!) to create a sub domain or sub directory. Be cautious and always evaluate this. Reading previous reveiws they used to be very good. Now seem to be 'upsell' driven!
