I cannot express enough how satisfied I am...
I cannot express enough how satisfied I have been with WordPress Engine. Thus far, I have nine websites on WP-E and it has been a great experience. The tools available to manage the environments are well documented, easy to use and make it simple to do what's needed Add to all of this, excellent support with knowledgeable support tech's. Loving it :-)

Worth Every Penny!
I am a small business owner (not a developer) who manages my ecommerce website. Moving to WP Engine has been a lifesaver. On the rare occasion I have an issue the agents are helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and sincerely friendly. I can tell I'm chatting with a human and not a chatbot (or someone just pressing canned responses). Today they quickly helped me troubleshoot the reason my site was so slow (a spammer) and gave clear, simple instructions for how to resolve it. They saved me hours ...

Technical Support is great
Technical Support is great! I rarely have issues but when I do (usually based on a third party integration tool to my website, Evan and the tech support team are VERY responsive, patient, and detailed oriented to get to a positive result outcome in a TIMELY manner...and oh by the way, I am not very techie so to get results that I am able to fix myself speaks volumes to their ability to walk you through the process. Very satisfied with WPE!

Amazing Support The entire WP Engine platform is top notch, but what really sets them apart is their 24/7 support by very knowledgeable and qualified people. I would never host my sites anywhere else.

Helping stop a DDOS Attack!
Got a Call from a Support Engineer over the weekend that our site was under a DDOS attack. WPEngine provided instructions on migration to the advanced network. Site was put under attack mode until levels dropped to normal. This is great support - which is hard to find these days.
