I just receive a 1 hour "virtual cavity search" from WPEngine Support
I just spent over 1 hour on the phone with EJ at WPEngine support in Houston today trying to get the two step verification turned off on my account after losing access to my Google Authenticator App.It was harder to gain access to my WPEngine account than it was to gain access to my bank account in a similar situation a few years ago.EJ wanted everything.He did a full "virtual cavity search".He went "full Matlock" on me.It felt like I was trying to reenter the states with no luggage while ...

WP Engine is always there for me
WP Engine is always there for me. I'm not a techie and they have made my experience here wonderful. Tech support always goes above and beyond. I love them! Can't say enough!I also love their Frost Theme. Not being a techie, I thought it would be terribly hard to put together but my new website is looking fab! Block full site editing is here to stay! Nick calmly walked me through every possible problem and fix that could be affecting our website. He spent valuable time ensuring that the problem was fixed before we ended the call. He did an assessment before we got started, and then walked me through a sequence of steps that helped narrow the issue. WP Engine support has been an excellent!
WP Engine support has been an excellent resource for me. They're always there to help and they do an excellent job. If you are a website owner and not the developer who designed it, the support you get from WP Engine is invaluable. I get solicitations all of the time to change my host, and I never give them the time of day. I'm happy with WP Engine and have no plans to change.

The Ai support has been really helpful
The Ai support has been really helpful. During our migration process, even though we're not web development saavy, we were able to ask the Ai support questions during the migration process and get answers without having to take time, wait, trying to get ahold of a person to answer the simple questions.
