Useful support chat
Site admin went down after a domain config change. I only waited a few minutes for someone to chat with me. We resolved the issue relatively quickly.

Today I had the opportunity to talk to tech support and the experience was excellent. Like I always say "You dont know if an insurance company is good or not until you have a claim" I had a couple of questions today and all of them were answered to my satisfaction.
