CAN'T FAULT THE SUPPORT!
I'm not a dev, although I do have some experience with web design...using different builders. The Support at WP Engine is 5 STAR all the way. They've been wonderful helping me get started after I moved my hosting to WP Engine last month to build my first ecommerce store.

Support is very slow

Excellent support & service
At first glance it feels like WP Engine is an expensive service compared to other WordPress hosting services. I don't know if this is for everyone, but if your business needs a team of 24/7 support, tweaking, 100% uptime ( from my experience ), and a service you can count on, than the price difference is something you will gladly pay and feel like it's justified. Horrific company
Horrific company. I’ve been out of contract for a while so decided to switch. I told WP engine I want to cancel the contract, I’ve had no reply on the 5 occasions I’ve emailed. They now keep pestering me for money that I don’t owe and have taken a random amount of money with no permission out of my account. Very very poor business be very careful
