I deal with a lot of companies for a lot of services and my experience with the support team at WP Engine is easily at the top. I'm not really technical and every time I get painted into a corner, the patient and kind people at WP Engine help me resolve my issue quickly. I'm a WordPress user - not a developer and certainly not an engineer. This is the only place I would host a WordPress site.

At this point, they're family.
We have an ecommerce store with a million plugins and integrations, so we use a TON of tech support. WP Engine has the kindest, most dedicated team of tech agents I've ever dealt with. They go above and beyond their scope to make sure all the "i's are dotted", not just the ones for WP Engine. I wish I could use them for all my tech issues.

Leo was super helpful and saved me…
Leo was super helpful and saved me hours of work just by being informed about his craft and understanding my request. He was able to do a find and replace on a website migration and update all links that were pointing to the wrong version of the site. Literally hundreds of links updated in moments. Thank you so much Leo!
