Support Staff like James E. make WPengine worth working with. I sometimes think they have gotten a little big for my tastes as they buy up all the plugins we all love and have pay walled some previously free features, but when you have the quality diagnostic support when you have an issue that piece of mind is worth a few extra dollars a month without any arguments.

WP Engine has wonderful chat support
WP Engine has wonderful chat support. Everytime I contact them for assistance, they are able to answer my questions and resolve my concern. Also, their online support documentation is very good and answers many questions so chatting often isn't even necessary! Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly suprised with the level of expertise and help I got with the chat featuring a live agent. I explained the issue I was having with my site and they understood right away what I meant and were able to help me clear up the issue in a short period of time.
