WPEngine USED to have great customer service and very knowledgeable reps. Over the last year, the quality of their reps has gone downhill so significantly that I am regularly more knowledgeable than their reps. I've even had reps send me 'articles' as if I haven't already read articles prior to contacting them. WPEngine - Customer Service is what originally set you apart from the other hosts.
