What do you like best about WP Engine? WPEngine has an excellent portal for managing your Wordpress sites, including the ability to manage and migrate between sites and environments (such as dev, test, staging, etc.). Other hoster's portals are often clunky and complicated, but this is not the case with WPEngine. The support is also exceptional. What do you like best about WP Engine? The hosting platform is great and easy to use but the thing that sets WP Engine apart in my mind is the customer service. Kindness without competence loses its value, and WP Engine is extremely knowledgeable and the support kind and professional. A little bit expensive but it's an excellent service for businesses that are already well underway :)

I've had my sites with WP Engine for years and have always had excellent service. Whenever I've needed technical support, I've gotten excellent service that goes above and beyond.

even worse acess to your hosting than Wix

I will immediately ask a refund with my credit card company . Their Hosting plans have no access to add database users etc.. Support live chat takes hours . it worst than "Wix" for control

Service is excellent with very helpful…

Service is excellent with very helpful staff and no problem is too much. There was a problem with my site once and it went down ... I rung them immediately and they were excellent at giving me phone support and talking through everything and had it back up and working the same day. It's expensive for what it is, but you do get extensive support for that!
