"Good, I think"

What do you like best about WP Engine? It backs up my website daily and automatically in case I make any mistakes. What do you dislike about WP Engine? I think it has more capabilities than I understand how to utilize. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? Website hosting and extra backup security.

A very overpriced WP host, with poor at best service

Gone from a very decent host to a really poor one. Overall the hosting is fine, but for what they charge, the live chat is really slow, the email based support is via Zendesk so requires a second login. Sales are persistent and quite annoying. I was a big fan of WPE, but since 2021 I have seen a noted decline in support and a lot of email spam to up sell things. I as a web developer can no longer recommend them.

First of all, I've been a customer for 3 years. Can't say it was bad until now, but I can't say it was great either. This all started when they decided to disable .htaccess. According to them, they will provide support for all existing customers to migrate their .htaccess rules. That was a lie. My site is down for 2 days, and my support ticket is just sitting for 2 days and no one bother to respond. Dont use them, their the worst

Their 60 days guarantee is a scam

Their 60 days guarantee is a scam. The speed is a scam.. I tried WP- engine and got disappointed. The speed is average. So I decided to use the 60 days guarantee.. When you try to cancel you get a reply, that they will discuss the case after 30 days.. They are making it really hard to get money back on purpose.

My servers are always up, and rarely do I ever need to contact for support. What do you dislike about WP Engine?
