We have been using WP Engine for our company since April and they have been incredible, right from the start when we needed to move server very quickly to deal with volume of traffic we were receiving, they were on the task straight away. We were moved over and set up in a very short window and the support we have received from them has been second to none. What do you like best about WP Engine? The customer support team is fantastic, and the launch system for moving copies of websites from dev to live is a timesaver. Their website managment dashboard is also very easy to navagate and has all of the tools I generally need to manage a hosting account. Daily backups of both the products and staging and dev environments are also nice, as is the abilty to one-click restore to a back up or download just the database or certain folders like the ...
