I got support from Cezar and it really exemplified why I keep going back to wpengine He understood and diagnosed my problem quickly. He solved it quickly. They maintain strong backups and good performance. Really great hosting.

Excellent support and Service from WP Engine

The support and service at Trust pilot is A1. I have opened several support tickets recently and every time they are dealt with promptly and by providing a solution to my problems.

This used to be an awesome company with great support. However, we recently moved to a new provider (webflow) after at least 7 years with them. We asked to cancel the account for months and they continued to charge the card on file only to tell us we could not cancel even though multiple people had reached out about it. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC. So frustrating that after years of service and giving them thousands of dollars in hosting we were treated this way ...

A disappointing move to sub-standard AI support.

I would always have given WP Engine five stars and we have over 12 clients hosted on the platform (we're a digital agency). Sadly, like so many companies, WP Engine are moving to AI support which is still in it's infancy and rarely works. Since April 2024, our team has faced significant challenges in accessing human support; technically, it remains possible, but in practice, the support form crashes, necessitating a restart of the entire process. Excellent Customer Support

Excellent customer service and support at all hours of the day and night.

Technical support available and knowledgeable

Technical support has always been available and knowledgeable. This is huge and should never be taken for granted. Running my site on a dedicated server is expensive, but I knew that coming in and it has been highly available. My only concern with the company is that sales has followed up on my tech support engagements trying to sell me additional capacity for a site that consistently runs no more than 20% CPU utilization. But again, support continues to be top notch.

Highly professional and excellent service

Delighted with the consistently high quality of support and the patience to guide me through a domain migration process. The team fixed all the issues and I would happily recommend them to my network. So much more efficient and better quality than GoDaddy.
