The support provided is excellent
The support provided is excellent. Identified a very tricky issue with conflicting header rules preventing Wordpress admin logins. This is just the latest example. Well done!

I moved changed dreamhost to wp engine…
I moved changed dreamhost to wp engine and before the transfer it performed at 83 on google page insights, now its a 100. This truly shows how good of a service they do. On top of this wp engine support is 24/7 and its excellent in their responses.

What can I say, has a user friendly dashboard and it's very easy to get everything setup. Can't fault the customer support too, they have always been helpful when I had any issues.

I love having the chat capabilities
I love having the chat capabilities. There has been more than one occasion where the help desk has been able to walk me through some crazy stuff that I never would have figured out on my own. The help desk folks are kind, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to fix the issue... seriously...they're amazing.

We upgraded to premium 0
We upgraded to premium 0, and after the upgrade was complete wpenginee tried to charge over 68.000€ from our card, luckily we didn't have such amount on the card. When we have asked our account manager, but we don't get any clear answer about the wrong deduction. We also notice that wpenginee have without our approval included extra storage that cost over 4000€ per year, adding such a thing without our knowledge or approval is really not okay. Incredibly poor and non professional support ...
