"Best in Class Hosting & Support"
What do you like best about WP Engine? We don't have to worry about our sites and web apps when we host with WPE. Their product performs exceptionally well. It's secure. If we need support, their team is there and ready to help (and they actually know their product). The peace of mind goes a long way. I can't imagine hosting elsewhere. HUGE Bot Problem + 30,000 Spam posts
I had this service on a WordPress blog with 20 posts and after 3 years ended up with over 30,000 spam posts I had to manually remove. I spoke with their tech support, altho knowledgeable nothing was ever fixed. I’ve been on the phone with support many times over this and finally decided to cancel.

I am neutral on WPEngine
I am neutral on WPEngine. Their service is fantastic. The servers are fast and there is never a glitch. However their pricing is extremely high, to the point where I may switch to another host. I host a few websites for clients and they are on different sites. WPEngine's competitors offer a lot more storage and pageviews for the same price and they don't nickel and dime over pageviews.

Amazing and quick customer service
Amazing and quick customer service. Servers are "never" down. (I know there may be outages here and there, but I have never experienced one.) Instant backups and restorations. Whitelist/blacklist security issues to help keep the site safe. And the list goes on and on.
